in decorative ironworks

Our purpose is rooted in working the materials. At Ryms we emphasise a purist approach to materials, enhancing value through actions and workmanship. We don’t seek to transform the materials, drowning them under layers of finish, but to enhance them with our technical mastery. Our blacksmiths all share a taste for wrestling with the materials to bring out it’s best features, somewhere between robustness and finesse. 
Forged iron, gunmetal grey, hammered….The metal is hand worked and fired at our workshop. But also innovations such as brass effect, or high protection varnish for outdoors.
